  • 5. When sharing personal information in non-identifiable formats, such as through statistical data

• 3. When collecting personal information, we will clearly state the purpose of collection, our contact details, and other pertinent information, and collect personal information to the extent necessary.
• 4. We will use personal information within the scope of the purpose of collection and other requirements that have been clearly indicated to the individual concerned in advance. When providing personal information to a subcontractor, we will give due consideration to the selection of the subcontractor, require the subcontractor to protect personal information through a confidentiality agreement, and supervise the subcontractor to ensure that personal information is properly handled by the subcontractor.
• 5. We will take preventive and security measures to prevent the loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information.
• 6. With respect to the handling of personal information, we will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws and regulations regarding personal information, as well as act in accordance with our internal rules. We will provide education and guidance to all employees, including directors and officers.
• 7. We will continuously improve our efforts to protect personal information.
• 8. If you wish to disclose, correct, or delete your personal information, please contact the department to which you provided your personal information, as we will promptly respond to your request in accordance with our prescribed procedures.
